Paid £6.50 for donner meat chips and beans on saturday, they were single portions of each though. I could have gone to loads of places that are cheaper but most other chippys donner meat is rough.

Local does a mixed tray loads of chicken, sheesh, dinner and another one in a tray. Had half for tea one night half for tea the next stuck it in the oven, including garlic bread I didn't eat from night before. Even went chippy for done chips to go with it while it was cooking

If its been in the fridge, reheating doner meat is fine. I actually think it tastes nicer! (I worked in a chippy for 3 years so ate a lot of the stuff!)

I delivered for a chippy for years as well, one which refused to sell donner meat due to the laws that govern its usage i.e. it can be left on a spit for weeks and weeks at a time and is still fine to be sold to the public
