Going to Singapore again on business in a couple of weeks, I went last year so I've done most of what Singapore has to offer.
I'm planning on flying to somewhere in Thailand for the weekend. Any recommnedations?

Go to phuket in thai its a city plenty of brits about things to do and its not as scummy as bangcok which is disgusting!

Yeh I wanted to go to the South Islands really, Bangkok etc doesn't appeal to me at all.
I guess a bit of sight seeing and getting drunk would be ideal but I have to be realistic as I'm only going for a weekend so I will be very limited in what I can do.

whats singapore like? much to see and do there? costs? going the end of april
id say go phucket, phiphi island, Ko lanta, then karbi (railey) then fly from karbi to bankok then home

Singapore is nice but I wouldn't go there for too long as there isn't loads of stuff to do.
The zoo and night safari are good. Santosa island is good, the sky park/infinity pool at Marina Bay Sands are nice too.
It's a great stopover country, but I would only go there for a week abolsute max.
