no full stops
inform the police of his address and they'll probably pay a visit.
it's not like he's just punched billy shit breath at playtime, he's breaking the law and trying to get away with something we all have to pay for.

This.
I'd go all warm inside if I watched him get cuffed up and chucked into the back of a police car.

I'd grass on him too. Why should you have to pay your tax and insurance while other people don't bother.

The sad thing is the police need to actually catch him driving with no insurance/tax or their hands are tied. Unless he is involved in an accident they generally wont even bother investigating. Great eh?

true but hes always in and out so there only have to sit at end of road to catch him or surely ther will put a marker on the car to keep a eye out for it. And as for pics my camera will be at the ready lol

I saw a police programme, someone told the police a banned driving was driving his car still. So they sat down the road and watched him until they caught him driving the car. They probs done this because its on camera but its worth a try

If its got no TAX and/or insurance it will already flag up as soon as an ANPR car spots it.
Whack the plate in ASKMID just to check it is uninsured.
