weird one though can see how they could do you for disturbin the peace if its after 10pm.

Think you do. I remember reading in the paper that someone riding a moped wouldn't move outta the way and he got tracked down and nicked for it.

i think you're meant to but only if other traffic laws arent contravened, eg. you dont have to move if it means you go over a red light

Thing is with modern cars you cant hear sirens anyway. So many times emergency services went past me and if all windows are closed i could only hear the sirens when they were going past me, few meters ahead and i couldnt hear a thing with music off.
