Just put a green panel filter into my corsa 1.8sri and it seems to have made it slightly slower? i wasnt expecting a great increase in power if at all any.. but how come it seems to be slower?
Any help appreciated!

Probably because you were expecting it to be faster but it's the same so you're thinking it's actually slower.
If it's genuinely slower then put the standard air filter back in.

a panel filter isn't going to give massive increase and you would defiantly wouldn't even notice it
