It's come down alot since around nov last year! Was coming in about 3k

Just done one and it has come up around £1400 or £1200 when i have 6 years no claims (may)

Tempted to sell the convert in summer when i will get the best money for it and take a punt on an ///M If it gets silly expensive then sell it

Still double the insurance on the 330 though.

Warren, I hate you

Hmmm People look at these now, see they can get one for 9-11k and start creaming without fully appreciating or considering running costs.

I'm aware of the running costs of one the only thing that has stopped me previously was the ridiculous insurance quotes.

Insurance quote is part of running costs imho.

Unless you you want to segregate it into 'Mechanical running Costs'.

You could also say both are 'operational costs'

They will shortley go the way of all other expensive to run german metal.

Ropey examples in terrible condition with dodgy wheels, dodgy suspension, and always just about to have an Insp2 service

Try finding a decent E36
