just wondering if you have any tips on how the pop the rear view mirror back on? the last time i done it on my old corsa a split the windscreen. any one got any small tips to prevent this?

Is the mirror mount still on teh screen? If so just slide it on.

If not get some rearveiw mirror sticky pads

mount is still there its just very hard to push the mirror on.

That the type with the ball and socket??They are a cunt.Could maybe try leaving the ball part sitting in boiling water to soften it up a bit.Then quickly dry it off and pop it in.
If your scared the window will smash,get some1 to push down on the outside where the mount is while you pop it in.

Just slide it down should go on fairly easily

DO NOT LET WHITTIE PUT IT BACK ON

but as already said i'd try and soften the ball up and slot it back in, if its not then slide, if your not confident leave it

imagine getting the AA out to put my mirror on


its an absolute bastard to put on. so scared i crack the windscreen.

beacuase you need to push it on, its a ball and socket so you need to push it pretty hard! one part of it is already on the window i just need to push the mirror on. lol
