no idea what your meaning by 'got to agree with the agent'

Where has the agent given an opinion that requires agreement?

Kitchen - floors not going with decor? Its white paint - what doesnt go with that

I think its the other way around - my pics make it look much smaller

The rooms are pretty damn big

Lounge - 4.5m x 3.5m
Bed1 - 4m x 3.5m
Bed2 - 4m x 2.8m
Kitchen - 5m x 3.5m

look, I'm not a retard... but you seem to be. I was not arsey but I will be now.

I explained what I thought you meant, as in from the most recent thing from 'the agent' i.e. the fucking advert for the flat you dipshit. I read that and couldnt see anything that you could agree with, or even disagree. Hence my question!

Quite frankley I dont really care what you think.

Handbags down ladies.

Flat looks awesome AK.

I think boards are fine. New owner can either keep them or bang some carpets down. No point you shelling out on carpets that the owner might not like and need to rip up.

As a floor layer I would've said carpet , but because you are miles away I'll let you off with varnishing the wood. Which btw looks awesome

yup - the carpet - varnish basically was a budget decision.

We didnt want to just waste money on carpets that folk may not like. Its now easy for them to do whatever they want.

Varnish isnt that expensive - just prep time.
