Does anyone else's do this?
My brother has just got his new black SXi and both doors click twice when opening and closing. My old LS Corsa B used to do same. Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?
Cheers lads

It's a worn pin in the door strap thing. New pin or if the hole is worn redrill to 8mm and use an m8 bolt in there.

Replacing the whole thing on my 12v sorted it, I think you can still get the straps from vauxhall, No idea on price though.

I think just replacing the pin on mine worked, all it needed was a punch and a hammer. Fitted new one with plenty grease

My corsa doesn't even have them, free hanging doors ftw.
may have to invest if Vauxhall still stock them.

It's also one way of having your shins crushed everytime you try to get out of the car...
