If they are Depo's/Lucas wack them in the oven for a bit and try pulling them a part using a screw driver to wedge them apart

I did my valeos in the oven, i put mine in the oven for about 10 mins each, then pried them apart with a few flat strong implements (wall paper scraper screwdriver knife e.t.c)
