My misses has a blackberry and its her 3rd one now that orange have sent her due to it breaking all the time and her newest one again has broke, so where would i stand if i rung up orange and demanded a different phone because the blackberry keeps breaking?

should do it, ive done this in the past, or if you got it in store go back to store, usually helpful
