If youre a Lecturer does the student have to be legally over 18 before you sleep with them?

Lecturers aren't allowed to sleep with students, no matter how old they are.

You can so long as they're over 18 and not vulnerable.

Everyone I know generally doesn't because it usually spoils your day at a later date.

Speaking with experience, it's quite uncomfortable going into a lecture after half the students in the class have seen you lashed a few nights before when you're supposed to be in some kind of authority

It does control your life - you simply can't get too lashed if that's a risk.

I don't think bumping in to students in town is incompatible with the job, but I'm also always sober and sensible enough to be in control of it.
