It will come back IMO but be more centred around huge arches than bumpers.
Alot of people know they can get brand new cars cheaper you're right. However modifying is different because for those who cant get finance spending 100£ a month to modify is still more affordable

Its just the same as any fashion. Just look at the shit prople are wearing now. The 80's/early90's are cool again.
All it takes if for some scene whore to do it any everyone will follow like sheep.

I agree, but its becoming more and more common in the Vaux circles now. Its not just about big power and 60mm springs, More and more people are going the low and slow route.

Agree at the moment it's highly unlikely. But trends repeat, it is essentially a fashion. Look at all the people buying rayban wayfarers these days. Bon Dylan famous for wearing them on the cover of his album, 20 years later boom everyones wearing 1980's sunglasses!
Trends and fashions repeat. So will modifying, I would expect it to that it will have changed alot but i would say we will see it

Personal opinion thats very much agreed with over then vaux scene tbh but i think you will find EURO is one of the biggest ''fashions'' about and the characteristics of that are low and wide.
Ok there bumpy they arent the best at cornering, they scrub tyres and the road at any chance and re routing your journey because of speedbumps is abit of a arse but its what you want to do (been there done that) and thats the way the corsa is going.
If you dont like it then you dont like it no one is saying you have too but if they want to do that with there car then let them get on with it.
To anyone who knows the work that goes into getting a car so low is quite substantial and gets alot of respect in the euro scene.
Granted alot are OTT and there are cliques within the scene that ''poo poo'' other if they arent the same but tbh everyone has a love for there car and it is that love that should be appreciated

Chances are in the years to come young people will look at modified cars and see that they're all actually just OE+ spec and think why don't people do anything radical and someone'll fit 22s on a Corsa F with flip paint and lambo doors then it'll just all go mental again
