i got this speedin ticket through bout a week ago ...
anyway i aint filled it in yet but it says they got me on ....
Retford road (nr Hardwick road) ..... thing is there isnt a hardwick road .. there is 1 called Hardwick road east and 1 Hardwick road west but not 1 called 'Hardwick road' ... so im wonderin if i could get out of it on that basis?.. .. i also been hearing that if u dont sign the form they cant do nowt and it will get thrown outa court?? wots that about .. sounds dodgey

I got told about the dont sign it bit, try it and see is it works.
