Then again, a guy that a chap at work knows did this just ate junk all the time but never put on any weight. anywho, long and short of it is every so often he would go blind for a few seconds then his sight would come back. Didn't think anything of it. Until one day when he was driving his lorry (long distance lorry driver) and it happened for longer then he crashed. Turned out he was having mini strokes. Not good.


ermm that sorta happens when i get up realy quick and go light headed.
but that hasnt happened for a while so its all good.

evening, whittie im still the same weight as ever just shoulders have filled out a bit now and stomach has since stopping most exercise
