I know they look the similar but are they interchangeable?

nope, according to CCUK (however reliable they are) the connectors are different?

corsa c have can=bus so no they wont fit

Only the newer c's are on a bus. I'd have thought all stalks from vauxhalls are interchangeable, from 94ish to 03ish I think.

no they dont i tried a b' stalk in combo (c) and the pins were different that was for the wiper stalk

nah there different, i just remove the interior loom from a poverty spec w plate and a 1.8 sri 05 plate and the connections are totally different to that of the corsa b

This tbh, iirc 2004 was the change over so anything on a 54/05 plate onwards should be CANbus.
