door card off
u will see 2 13mm (maybe 15mm) bolts for the runners
then the rest is straight forward

I had to do this on my old corsa (non elec windows).
hardest part is taking the window winders (SP) off and thats pretty easy.

What about the car its going on to though?
They are quite hard to rip off as well because there is no room at all and you end up with carpet burns on your knuckles from the door cards

Take a little screwy for the winder circlip, posi for the handle, lower card, two on the slam and one behind the mirror cover. Keep the handle, back on when the card is off and wind it down a bit to expose the bottom of the window, locate the bolts and undo leaving the rail on the bottom of the glass and lift it out rear first.
