door speaker question.

when they install its a little lose and there big for the car jvc ones with tweeter in the middle, had put them in but when took the old ones out and new ones in noticed there is a very strong magnit on the new ones, then leans on the car metal and sits there then screwed in not sure if it will effect it or damge it at all. they seem to work but one seems a little fuzzy.

basicly, the magnit on the speckers touch the doors is this bad? and what will it do.

will they ut off as there grounding, i mean all i could hear was the bass today from the sub gave it a wack and they came on

Be very careful with this. You could earth all your speaker channels out. Space the magnets back from the door parts (i made 20mm rings for mine) as the magnets lose their strength over time. Make sure none of the speaker wires or speaker input tabs touch the metal on the doors as they could arc and short out all the speaker channels leaving you with only the sub working

this could explain it !!!!.... it has done this and left me with just the sub today took it out and it looks as if the plastic has melted /... FML !!
