In an attempt to get organised I've programmed u2u so you can now delete from multiple people.

Useful when you have a conversation with someone and it's over but you have a lot of messages.

In the u2u inbox, instead of clicking on messages individually, double click on any tick box and all messages from that author will be ticked.

You can then Archive or Delete at the bottom of the page as normal.

It's bodged together with the sole purpose of speeding up my nightly paperwork so please report any errors, only tested in FF so far but no reason to doubt it will function elsewhere.

You have to de-select them 1 by 1.

That's smart. I didn't know 'ondblclick' existed.

EDIT: But yeah need to now do deselecting.

EDIT 2: It may also be worth adding a 'Delete all from X' button in the messages themselves with server-side code because no one is gunna figure out the double-click thing without being told. I've never seen it before and ain't exactly new to the internet so your average user won't just presume that feature exists without being told.

I did have it toggling which deselected but then if you double click and get everyone, then remove one, then double click again, you toggle the partial set.

Plus you can reload the page if you're that fussed.

Ian, not sure if anyone else is having this problem but when I try delete multiple images from my garage it will only delete about 3. It's been doing it for about 3 months now

well say i select more than 10 to delete it wont delete any. any number below that it will delete 1 at a time

Just when I am tidying my garage up etc
