struggleing to get into 5th, been fine for the 3 weeks iv had it but started playing up a bit today, going from 4th to 3rd by accident?

what could it be, selector?

also how would a f15 run on a x16xe??

I had the same problem on my corsa.

1/ check there is no play in the selector arm on top of the box. The pin had come half way out of the bush on mine.

2/ Once i'd sorted the above, i just set the gears up again and it was perfect. Use a thin allen key to lock the gear stick in neutral (the holes line up) then get underneath adjust the linkage.

I'm not sure on the F15 but i thought they come on most of the X16XE engines anyway? I'm sure the astras and tigras run an F15.

What box you got now?
