will a 1.2 16v be at 4500rpm 1/2 metre from exhaust outlet

with a powerflow cat back system,no centre box?

less than 100 dB?

if you have an iphone you can get db testers which will be accurate enough for what you need.

I remember mine was 91dB the first time I did Combe, that was a longlife setup, cat-back, no centre box, tiny back box so I'd guess you're looking fairly similar depending on the age of the exhaust
