got a feeling they plastic weld another piece of plastic into it, then just skim in ne imperfections with filler, similar to how they smooth a boot, but with plastic

Think thats how Jaffa had his done neway

Its in the body shop now and i told them to just fill it in...dont know how theyre doing it....the mood i'm in, i dont give a t0ss.

did u remember to wipe??

guy cut standard recess out then fibreglassed new layer. where he cut the holes the thickness is same as rest of the bumper so wont be thick like if u filled it in
