any info on good torrents?

best way to us them without messing computer up?

i have used them a lot before but i am ever really sure if i am doing damage to my computer

in return for info ill give out demonoid codes?

I recommend that you download PeerBlock and use it whenever you have torrents 'running' as it'll offer some protection. Otherwise there isn't much else to torrents, just keep your AV up-to-date.

vcdq.com is worth keeping bookmarked if you download films; lists released films from 'groups' with nfo's/screen grabs etc

Personally I’d make the leap to UseNet, it does cost (around £10 a month), but it's pretty secure with most providers offering SSL connections and you're mostly likely to max your connection on UseNet than via torrents.
