It's a massive 13 degrees outside, and all I've seen today is fat women wearing short shorts/skirts and low cut tops or ones with their midrif hanging out....seriously, why?! It's not exactly that warm, and oh god why can't people dress for their size?! Hate seeing fat hanging out everywhere! Rant over
