considering gettin a quaife atb diff fitted to my f20, redtop corsa.
has anybody experienced driving with one fitted and does it make a massive difference?????????
obviously a lot of money so want to make sure its worthwhile

I havent driven an ATB'd 2.0 Corsa but used to have a TranX plate diff in mine. Liked it!

mine was pretty dire to drive,
fitted the diff and it made it alot nicer to drive and went where i pointed it lol.

I had an atb diff in my old xe, would probably say one of the best things i did too it.

You wont regret it
Have on in my VTS and CTR birlliant things and make a big difference powering out of corners etc
Drives supercharged Tec with torque

I've got a quaife in mine they are really good and hold the value really well so if you end up selling it you wont loose much monies.
However it is a lot of cash to spend if you do not already have a decent chassis set up. IMO money would be better spent on things like decent suspension inc a rear anti roll bar, proper tyres and larger brakes first before going for the diff.
If you already have a decent handling set up then yep get the quaife next and certainly before spending any money on expensive engine mods.

could change the final drive ratio whilst you're in there too but its a bit of a ball ache to do on an f20 as the pinion isnt removable without stripping the whole gear cluster.
Biggest difference i made on my car was fitting the 4.5 ratio final drive. Even more so then the diff.
