Just a quick question...
Last week our fuse box thing went pop! We discovered it was the fuse in the washing machine, so we swapped it over on Sunday. As soon as we put the plug back into the socket there was a blue spark and a bang and off went the fuse box...
Is there something wrong with the socket or could te washing machine be the problem?

Something must have blown the fuse in the washing machine.
Replacing the fuse to reintroduces the fault.
If you can try it in a different socket, run an extension lead in and do that, otherwise it might be new washing machine time.
