Theres 2 torx bolts holding them in and thats it. Slide the seat forward and undo them then push the seat base forward and un hook it. Easy as that

it's only 2 torx bits holding them down mate

Two T40 bolts at the back of the subframe, you'll need a decent bit and rachet to do it though.

Need to remove the plastic trim that covers the tensioner and pit the red pin in the tensioner to stop it deploying, then as above 2 torques but go for a 1/2 inch rachet and sockets and if the worst comes to the worst go underneath the car and cut off the small captive nut

+1, simple in concept, but when you get seized bolts, bolts cross threading and not moving at all...it's a pig

That torx bit needs a proper handle on it and not chewing with cheap tools. Only time I've had problems are when I've not had a good grip on it because there's play in the bit or the head.

bought a torx set off ebay for this exact purpose and then snapped the bit when i tried to loosen it, had to grind the head off and replace them with dome headed allen bolts (much better idea)

as above its easy mate did my whole interior all seats door cars and sill/boot plastics only took around hour n half
