My mate is looking at getting some 7x15" ET40 alloys, would there need to be any stretch or camber to make them fit snug in the arches if the car is 60mm all round? Maybe bang the arches out a bit as well?
He just doesn't wanna spend close on 500 quid for something that doesn't sit right

they'll catch probably, if he wants the stretch look, get some 165/175 wide tyres. the wheels themselves will fit but depending on the tyre will depend on how much they catch.

think about removing the bolts that hold the arches on too
that will help reduce scrubbing
