I've done a few sets, 2 witht tyres off and one with them on, I'm sure I read somewhere that you can let the air out the tyres which makes it easier to tape up rather than get tyres removed, what are yóur methods ? Cheers

Yes you can let the tyre down and break the bead.

I just leave the air in.

As said, remove the inside of the valve (it screws out) all the air will come out. Then i break the bead.

Or just ask a local tyre place to brake the bead for you? Makes it loads easier.
