is there any difference between cheap induction (open air filters) and k&n type just wounderring

No huge difference if its getting fitted to a small engine

Do you mean is there a difference between cone filters and a k&n panel filter?

A cone filter would be prone to heatsoke due to it be exposed which would mean you engine would be slightly less responsive, probably not enough to notice but evey little helps.

IMO the best option would be to de restrict your airbox and get the panel filter. If its the deeper noise your after then drill some holes in the airbox before the air filter.

thanks jamie big help i have a cheap cone filter and it sounds like the problem i am having less power wen engineen is warm
