yea they are on standard corsa slidey frames.

illlook into the velcro supports, the sofa excercise above and tilting / lowering the seat

I have suffered from a 2 prolapsed discs and 2 fused vertibrae for 12 years.
Good posture does help so do certain exercises and stretches. Paritually raising legs whilst lying down and I generally use a rolled up towel under my lower back.
Look to stretching your hamstrings,calfs, and Achilles aswell as having tight muscles in legs don't help your back.

Also if pain does get bad a tiny bit of herb does help and ease pain. It does for me when it's bad.
