Like last week. One bloke kept cutting/opening the same vein on his arm and nearly bleeding to death every other day. Fucking winds me up they can't just 'forget' about him for a day and he'll be dead.

have just watched episode 2 with that david bloke doing his dirty protests. shame they cant just leave him to it he would soon get sick of sleeping in a shitty pissy cell all night.that guy who murderd his mrs is a strange one aswell, sentanced to 99 years inside may get a parol hearing after 30 years yet thinks he will be able to see his kids at somepoint in his lifeout side of prison. you can see in his eyes he has no remorse for what he did. just watching episode one on youtube now
