how often does it need changing on an x14xe, heard ppl saying every 30k miles and every 50k , plus should the tensioners be done every time the belts changed too or every other?

was revised to 40k after a few failed. Belt and rollers/tensioner every time!

I did one of these the other day, belt was so stretched / slack I slid it off without undoing the tensioner. Very very lucky it didn't go.

ive done 27k since it was last done lol wasnt sure if i should get it down soon or wait a bit yet
