hi new here just wondering when you fit morette headlights do you need to fit the level part to move then up ad down like the standard lights coz my mate got pulled by a copper and he said that you have to have it and its an mot fail??

The level is manually adjusted, you can't fit the standard adjusters.

Copper is talikng out of his arse.
