I bought these at Billing last year at the autojumble, haven't get a clue what they came off.

This should be an easier one, I'm pretty sure they came off some sort off MK3 Cavalier?

I thought mk2 Cav for the top ones.

Bottom ones are called Cesaros as they were OE on the mk3 Cav of that model.

There's also an Astra Cesaro -

Wheels are different but people typically mean the Cav ones when they use that name.

Not sure all the Cavs were V6, that would probably also make them 5 stud? Can't remember.

Cav Cesaros we available as 1.8i or 2.5 V6

The Wheels were also fitted as standard to Facelift Cav SRi models.

And some Calibras of similar age.

The Calibra SE2 had them fitted (yellow paintjob and XE engine).

What does the Cav Cesaro have on the V5??

Because the Cavalier Motorsport is logged as a "Cavalier Motorsport" on the V5.

Cavalier Motorsport apparently

Hence why I said they are the same.

I've got one of the 80 or so v6 Cesaros left on the road.

The a basically 1.8LS spec. with a V6 engine in. It dosen't even have standard v6 antiroll bars. they are skinny 1.8 jobbies.

But they do have v6 5 stud hubs a breaks. Rear discs And Traction control/ABS.

The 1.8 Cesaro had the multispoke SRi style 15"'s the V6 version has 5 stud SRi fan blades. They have a SRI/Turbo boot spolier and black strip around the bumpers and doors. (Where on SRi they are red, and CDX/GLS they are chrome)

They also have Recro seats and a poco dot seat pattern only found in the Cesaro models. of astra mk3 and Cavalier Mk3.

Mine is a white Auto saloon.

You could get FLame red, Diamond black and (I think a lagoon type blue. At least in the 1.8)

AFAIK, they are one and the same car, so yup your right. the brochure i have is actually of the Cesaro model the 1.8i version, but there is also a V6 Cesaro. i can still get the info up if you want, but as i say the brochure is for the limited edition Cesaro

The motorsport is in fact the same car as the Cesaro limited edition, same alloys same trim etc, but a few tiny details changed. It was caused mainly by Vauxhall goofing up on some part and the cars where registered wrongly.

But both cars are registered differently.

I know 2 people who had a Cav Motorsport, and non of them had the Cesaro door badges.

The have small differences,so imo, they aren't the same car.
