looking at a cheap corsa b with a x10xe in and i'm wanting to buy it to put a 2.0 redtop in the car and theres a few questions im wanting to ask, if use all dont mind,

1. what will i need to convert the car
2. is it an easy job to do or will it require someone with skill
3. how long would it take not fast but like steadily
4. how can i get the most bhp out of it, eg: can you turbo it, remaps: etc, etc:
5. what exhaust would i need, could i get one off the shelf eg: ebay or would i need a custom one and whats the best one to make it sound mint

the x10xe arnt the easiest as they use a different dash loom to the rest, it is possible to wire in still but you will struggle to find a diagram to do it unlike the 8v and 16v corsa's which are colour for colour when it comes to wiring

you will need driver side conversion mount, engine/box, rear gearbox spacer, gear linkage extended, exhaust making, conversion mounts/hubs OR your original hubs with gsi 22 spline shafts and cav mk2 1.6 inner cv,s.

its an easy job to do if you have knowledge of vauxhalls but like i said easier to convert the 16v sports or 8v corsas rather than the 1.0 12v

oh right well the body and underneath are mechanically sound thats why i wanted to use that and if its going to be hard ill try to find a 1.2

id get the conversion done first then look at mods. i could supply/build an xe or let to as gud as race spec, but its all down to budget.

Buying the smallest engined corsa, to not declare a bigger engine like a dirty pikey.
