With mine I spliced directly into the sidelight wiring behind the headlight switch to the right of the steering wheel. Very simple.

as i have the clocks out now and no wiring on it at all??? simple push in and it works are these the same??

Look at the update at the bottom of page 2 on my project...

The plasma dials are thin sheets that just sit on top of your current dials. The wiring for each individual bit clips together with the others and it just comes down to two wires that you connect up to the sidelights. Very very simple.
