Just tring to sus this out, my car is an xej with cream injectors and a fuel reg thats not stamped up? also running FP ECU with no lamba.. (Car came with blue injectors but they broke)

My question is what fuel pressure regulator should I be running? 2,5 bar? and has anyone noticed any difference with if they've upgraded to a 3 bar reg on a similer set up
