Quick questions -
Is it an MOT failure to not have a spare in the car if there is space for one? From what i know it isn't, but just want to double check.

Secondly, is it an MOT failure if the tyre manufactures are different on the same axle even if they are the same tyre size? eg: Back rears, both new tyres, same size/profile/radius/speed rating/loading but one is Pirelli the other Continental.
