a while ago i sold my xbox 360 on ebay but never recieved payment so i reported them and relisted.
I cant remember what else i sold but the exact same happened

my ebay monthly billing thing came to me owing them £100.43

i emailed them explaining 2 people never even paid for the item so ebay then reduced it to £80.43

i dont know why but i just cancelled my paypal, couldnt believe the fees were that much and i kept getting emails saying it needed payed

now i have had 2 letters of a company called Iqor or iqar (forgot exact name) claiming ebay have passed my debt (now back upto £100.43) onto a debt collection agency.

apparently if i dont pay the 100.43 within 10 days then im going to court and that fee will rise. has anyone else went through this?
i was just laughing and ripping the letters up when they came but im actually worried about my credit rating etc now and cba with the hassle of going to court.

Oooo shit dan!!
I had one person not pay for an item that i sold for £160! They bought it and it sold but they never paid! I Reported it and relisted and then i got double charged for it in my monthly bill! SO i messaged ebay directly and someone from the help team read up on it straight away and explained what had happened and removed it from my bill!

God knows my mams saying it will cripple my future plans if I ever want a loan or out.

Might ring eBay or the debt company and see what they say
