Its solvent based, the best thing I found was petrol

Autoglym intensive tar remover and a lot of patience will get it off.

Some twat got it all over a bumper I bought last seen week and used it to stick the number plate on.
I used a screwdriver to peel it off then the rough side of a kitchen sponge lightly to get the rest off. Worked perfectly

I had this problem used good old thinners worked a treat for me I got most off when it was wet but the dry stuff was a fair bit harder lol

Had a go with whitespirit this morning, got most of it off one side, but stopped because i spilt some all over my left leg, and its very hot today so my legs burning like a bitch lol Will finish other side off tomorrow probably. Thanks for all the comments though
