i have seen a std 106 run sub 15's too

in fact my mates vts ran a 15 dead on the same day and that was std

why can Evo magazine not do those times when they can put down the book times of the clio??

they use "fair comparisons" not downhill test tracks

avon park was where my mate did the vts run and its proven flatter than santa pod, with some of the best timing equipment u can get
if i still talked to the kid id show u his slip
why can evo not get these times?

because not many std 106gti or vts is capable of these times, due to poor production standards some leave faster than others.

over 1.5 seconds difference... behave!!

standard time is 16.5... and your saying some cars are capable of 14.9 or better? thats some serious manufacturing error there...
