I struggled to get it to play anything on my netbook tbh, so used the other (forget the name) which doesn't have netplay. TBH I just like playing the first level on shadows of the empire

just been playing this tonight. its ok as a single player. its definitely nowhere near the classic for obvious reasons. but, its ok. if you can find it cheap its maybe worth a go. I'm borrowing it off a mate, i probably wouldn't have bought it myself. i don't normally play single player fps type games, but I've not got bored of this yet. very different to the n64 though.

i expected just a well detailed replica off the original, but theres so much more to do missions wise

thats kinda what i was hoping for. i mean if it wasn't called goldeneye and i hadn't wasted many days and weeks playing it with my mates instead years ago, id not be so troubled with it. its not a bad game, it just doesn't live up to the hype. saying that, i played goldeneye on n64 not long ago. it really wasn't as good as i remembered it.

iv been trying to track down a goldeneye cart with everything like golden gun unlocked for ages...i dont think it will be beaten!

remember the cheat cartridges so you could get the extra room with the tanks, but it was so unstable use to crash all the time lol
