My contract was definitely £20pm (with 10% staff discount so £18) and £329 for the phone(with 10% staff discount so £300) = £516.
It must have gone up since.
EDIT: Just logged into my account, phone was £429 (with 10% so £390), my bad. It was 14 months ago 
Obv don't show the discount on here just the standard deal(although I get unlimited internet too):
