hello m8 it just i have just brought some lowering prings hat adjust from 20mm to 80mm do u no what they r like r they any good thanks

The springs can't be adjustable.

It's more likely they have a spring seat and that is what you adjust.

They're OK if you want to change your height without changing the springs but they won't afford as much travel as full length ones without adjustment.

oki m8 thanks ill probly leave the adjuster bit of then hopefully should go down to 80mm

If they are the ones from ebay, I am led to believe that they go down to something like 63mm.
AWO6 on here bought some and measured, that was without the adjusters in.

im running rear springs which came with those adjustable platforms and i left them out, iv never fitted them and mines sat about 65mm ish,

oki m8 thnaks myn are 60mm springs for a nova and in a corsa there ment to go down to 70mm i heard
