Pretty much, Think you'll need a couple of torx tools from memory, then you remove the plastics along the side and un-do the two bolts at the back. Dead simple tbh

2 x torx bits at the rear of each seat that bolt into the floor then the seat will slide forward and out.
Under the seat is 4 bolts that hold the seat to the frame, undo them and then rejoin the frame to the new seats and refit them

Isn't one of the subframe bolts a 6 or 8mm hex bolt (Allen key shape) and the other is a torx 45. Subframe to seat are 13mm bolts

think theres nuts on the outside ones underneath iirc, or the floor pan has threads tapped into it

Tip here is to wire brush the bolts under the car and spray a bit wd40 on them to help.take your time these can easily snap.

on both side the torx bolts nearest to the door will be a twat as there are held in with a captive nut welded to the floor pan which will have god knows how many years worth of shit and rust on them so might be worth sticking your head underneath and putting some wd40 on them 1st to prevent bolt snapping or ripping the nut out the floor

I think the torx bolts are T50?
Get a nice clean bit and lots of leverage on a 1/2" drive socket, only time I've seen people have problems is when they use the wrong tools on a little handle with no grip.
