Cant believe how early some people get up. I might be working with an electrician soon. Depending what time he wants me there i will have to get up around 6:30. Just the thought of it puts me off.

6:30 alarm goes off, normally get up at 6:45ish after checking FB and shit on my phone, straight in the bathroom, shower, teeth, hair done, dressed, grab laptop bag, get in car for the battle to work through Slough and it's many roadworks.

No-one speaks to me in the morning at home and most mates know not to ring me on the commute to work. Once I've had my 45 minute fix of KISS breakfast (or Moyles) I'm normally fine.

I pass 4 speed cameras to and 7 home from work and I honestly can't remember what speed I do over them, I forget parts of the journey and all sorts.

Eat when I get to work, have porriage or toast or (Fridays) a Costa

I can't understand people who watch TV, get a laptop out or do anything apart from shower/shit/shave in the morning.

I also can't function without my morning shower, in the summer I often have 2 a day

Alarm goes off around 7am

I get up at 7:55, throw on yesterday's clothes, piss, brush teeth and drop off the gf.

Then I get to work, be ill and do nothing all day because I'm too tired.

Have a shower, put on new clothes, pick up the gf and head home.

That's my life and it sucks dick.

Get up 20 mins earlier and have a bacon butty. You'll feel much better for it.

So first things first, you check facebook as soon as you wake up? Why?

Bacon, Sausage, Spaghetti (not bakes beans), grilled tomatoes, button mushrooms, bit of fried bread (not for Adio)

Keep your shitty egg

Brett, cos the first thing I do in the morning is check my phone for texts/emails (server warnings incase I have to do something before/on the way to work) so have a quick FB/twatter check as well.

I'm terrible in the mornings; I've even taken to blocking the missus' car in when She's on a 6.30 leave the house so that I have to get up and get to work early.

Nothing happens before I have my first brew of the day at work; oh, and I do between 39 and 40miles each way depending on where I stay the night before, It can be disastrous sometimes

Yeah, I would have fake bacon

What I meant was that I'm reducing my carb intake as I think I eat too many sugars (carbs).

Not got a job at the moment so not getting up till about 8, when I first left school I got a job and I used to be up at 5, on the bus before 6 for an hour then a quick 10 minute walk then start work at 7.00, would sometimes do 14 hour days too and was heavy work all day, used to kill me
