when the car is running i can here the chain and tappets like any other 1.2 corsa and since ive decided im going wait till november put it on road i want everything to be spot on for when its on road. its only on 58k. when is it recommended you get the chain done and tappets and when having all that done is there other bits should be done ? my cousin had his corsa c 1.2 all done and it was silent after it but not had chance ask him what he had done. cheers andy.

give it a few oil changes. and a flush. over the space of 2 -3k
will clear all the crap out.
then hopefully iitll quieten down.
failing that is a new chain kit, with tensioners etc

will see how things go was just going get chain and all bits done before put it on road.
