been on here a while, only really been active on classifieds, soo thought was bout time i uploaded my project! had it a year now, it started life out with a big bodykit and 17's


first i fitted a powerbox and 4-2-1

after that i fitted bigger brakes and got standard rear bumper n nova alloys!



sprayed nova's and fitted! and then got gsi kit n painted that with cans, turned out rather well




had roof sprayed black

went too pvs and went on dyno, it made 109.6hp was happy with tht for 1.4

next show went was billing

after that stripped inside and removed all tar and sprayed inside



next put my flocked dash in and got some more dash bits flocked!




then this weekend i changed chrome vents for standards, fitted rear strut brace and sent some more bits of to be flocked!

cheers guys! well got loads plans, but just concentrating on interior atm, getting bits flocked, after a cage and want seats retrimmed

i need to get inside of mine sprayed, what did you use? rattle cans? also what did you use to remove sound deadning?

yeah used rattle cans mate. i have mine made at a paint shop so colour turned out well! and i used hairdryer and scrapper to get it up and bug n tar remover to clean up tar, also sticky stuff remover worked well

i think the sounde deadning in mine is a fucking pain not sure a hair dryer will work might give it a go later though

saying that lee suggested it might just come off cold not even tried that yet

Got myself a cage yesterday, needs bit of welding work first as i want to bolt it in and its a weld in cage, some guna weld some plates onto it and bolt in, then ill probs get it flocked
snapped up a few bargains aswell, brand new radiator, goodridge brake hoses and wind deflectos for £20, not keen on deflectors thou. heres a few pics

thought id update a little on here. most my project is on corsa b but ill cut it short...
start with the little bump i had

repair bumper and fitted black bonnet temp

roll cage fitted...

then brought slabs, had them blasted, sprayed and new tyres



next got a c20xe, put it on stand and stripped it



new rings, mains, big ends, bottom end gasket set, head gasket set, bolts and belt kit


painted block and cleaned pistons and put new rings on


starting build up bottom end



then done head work, fitted new stem seals and done valves

put head back on, and timing back plate.. just waiting for my cover back so i can time up now
