aye soz for the pic (phone without a flash). the alternator pully is against the chassis and the stainless 4.1 took the best beating its had. couldn't see much else. im gutterd. only took it for a spin out to see if the cheap bonnet pins hold ok. lucky as we got to over a ton about 1min before it happed. the speed bump must of just shocked it that little bit more...
how much are mounts roughly

got it sorted now
big thanks to danny s p for helping when i had lost the will to live
almost had the old mount out but it wouldn't budge cos of the p/s pully. whipped all that off and the engine mount, fan belt etc...
got there in the end
happy as very there was minimal damage...
saved by the alternator
completely snapped the bolts off
new mount came to £35 like. old one was the original 1999 gm one

thought i got off lightly with the damage...
lost all gears today
the rod underneath came away (13mm bolt clamp) so put it back on and still nout, just whipped the battery out and the bolts snapped on the selector fork.
anyone good at setting up the gears again...? i know you gotta put a screw driver in them 2 holes under the gear gaiter but not 100% on what to do at the other end...
off up my mates to get the bolt i need now...
